After a disastrous attempt to order a new S60 from Ken Pollock Volvo, I found the exact car at Brown-Daub. I spoke with Ed Long, who kept in touch with me constantly until my purchase was complete. Ed, along with Alexis Buffa, Chris Bragg and Mark Zakariya provided more professional attention and care than Ive had in a long time. My thank you to you all. Apparently Volvo cancelled orders for 2021 due to the chip shortage issue. My salesman never bothered to call me to let me know. My calls to him while I was waiting for the car to arrive went unanswered and never returned. The few times I was able to get in touch with him only ended with vague answers until finally he admitted that the order was cancelled. Obviously this was not the dealerships fault but the lack of communication was appalling. Not with Brown-Daub. I was treated so well. Welcomed into the Brown-Daub family, I finally have found the right place for my Volvo needs.
